At Tartle Kitchen, we stand behind the quality of every product we create.
Each cookware piece is carefully crafted, inspected, and packaged to meet our highest standards.
If, for any reason, you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make it right — with free returns on every order, every time.

 


 

Returns & Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be in new or like-new condition, preferably unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

  • Lightly used items may still be eligible for return; however, a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply depending on the item’s condition upon inspection.

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.

Once your return is approved, you’ll receive detailed return shipping instructions via email.
Please note: original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or fulfillment error.

 


 

Damaged or Defective Items

We do our best to ensure every order arrives in perfect condition.
If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  1. Contact our support team within 72 hours of receiving your order

  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

  3. Our team will verify the problem and guide you through next steps

If confirmed, we’ll offer a replacement or refund (based on availability).
Products with manufacturing defects reported within their warranty period will be replaced free of charge.

 


 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Please note:

  • Items that show signs of use or damage caused by misuse are not eligible for a refund

  • Gift cards and final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged

 


 

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order:

Before Shipment:

  • Email us at hello@tartlekitchen.com within 6 hours of placing your order

  • Approved cancellations will be refunded within 24–48 business hours.

After Shipment:

  • Contact our team immediately to request a return once the package arrives

  • Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned item

  • The item must be unused and returned in its original packaging

 


 

Incorrect or Missing Items

If something’s missing or incorrect in your order:

  1. Contact us within 72 hours of delivery

  2. Provide your order number and a short description of the issue

  3. We’ll arrange to send the correct item(s) or issue a replacement as quickly as possible
