I ordered this for a birthday party since renting a machine was more expensive and my family throws a lot of events. This takes regular ice cubes and shaves perfect powdery ice for snow cones (this was also great for the margaritas!). The bucket was a perfect size to keep refilling cups over and over and keeps the ice cool. This machine is perfect for the Texas heat.

Beautiful machine with minimal cleanup. This machine produces coarse ice.It functions easily and produces large amounts at a time.When reversing the lever there will be shaved ice that tends to gather at the protective plate and spill over.I appreciate the sophisticated design.Overall, this is a great machine for smoothies, fruit, and cooling beverages.I would recommend this product for those interested in a coarse shave.

No need to go to those expensive snow cone venders anymore. I have totally enjoyed this product. It is professional type shaved ice for snow cones or in a cup. I treat the grandkids and adults regularly with this new machine. One of the things I like is that it has a bin to catch the shaved ice so you don't have to hold the cup or cone under the machine when its coming out and spilling all over the place. The ice comes out so fluffy you can scoop it and shape into the cones or just fill the cup. Love it

Great unit! Heavy duty. Same loudness as other units I’ve used. Ice is shaved very nicely. Easy to use and easy to clean! More affordable than some of the others. Highly recommend!

Recibí el producto en buen estado pero cuando fui a probar la máquina está no encendió, me comunique con personal de Amazon para pedir ayuda o soporte porque vivo en Venezuela y me iba hacer difícil su devolucion, me atendieron muy amablememte y quedaron en comunicarse para ver qué hacer, al final hize revisar el equipo con un técnico local en electrodomésticos y después de una revisión se logró encender el equipo, el mismo ahora funciona bien y hace el trabajo, al terminar de triturar el hielo quedan unos sobrantes que son algo molestos y se riegan al sacar la tapa del brazo de trituración, la cuchara y el envase de depósito de hielo son un poquito incómodos, la cuchara debería ser más pequeña y el envase más bajo y ancho o largo en sus dimensiones de base, por lo pronto espero poner a producir el equipo a ver cómo se comporta, por lo de la falla y pago del técnico para ponerla a funcionar no le doy cinco ountos

This machine is fantastic. When using cubed ice it leaves some larger pieces behind but the shaved ice itself comes out very fine and snow like. We've tested multiples and in this case you certainly get what you pay for. It's not a $2k commercial one but it gets the job done great compared to others.
