The Tartle commercial induction cooktop delivers 3400W of power on 240V, heating fast and holding steady from 140°F to 460°F. It operates reliably across a wide voltage range, making it a dependable choice for restaurants, prep stations, and compact commercial kitchens.

Professional and Easy to Control

This thing is a beast. It's more than I bargained for, thinking I was just going to be using this to heat my small electronics PCB boards prior to blasting them with my hot air station. However, with how fast this heats up I can see many more uses. Can't wait to figure them all out. Keeper, for sure!

Works amazing!

Admittedly I goofed when I ordered this and didn't realize it was 240v. However, plugging it into my old 240v 20a A/C outlet in the living room, it worked fantastic! It heat super fast and has a very high end feel to it. We've only used it the once so far, but perhaps we'll do some living room hot pot someday and use this for it. Overall, I'm super amazed and impressed by it.

Wife said I'm banned from the kitchen after I burned the water I was trying to boil using this.

This "Commercial Induction Cooktop Burner" is like the superhero of kitchen appliances. With its 3400W 240V power, it heats up faster than a cheetah on roller skates! Its 9" coil is wider than my social circle, and it's got more fans (5, to be precise) than a boy band. The stainless steel finish is so shiny, I had to wear sunglasses indoors. It's portable, so you can take it anywhere - from your kitchen countertop to your neighbor's kitchen countertop. Just remember, it's an induction stove, not a frisbee! In short, this cooktop is the perfect blend of power, portability, and pizzazz. It's like having a mini professional kitchen that fits on your countertop. Just don't forget to cook while you admire it!

Some hiccups, but overall pretty decent

I bought a glass top oven and range just over 2 years ago now and it wasn’t a cheap one, yet for the last few months the stovetop has progressively gotten worse and worse at cooking. So much so that it’s now at the point where I put a pan on and turn the dial to just under the 1 option out of 10, and the thing burns everything constantly. And if I have one of the burners on none of the other burners will work. It’s basically smoking up my house every time I cook.So when I saw this induction burner I got it even though I wasn’t planing on buying one because it’s at the point that I can barely if at all use my stovetop. So right off the bat I don’t understand that there were different kinds of outlets and I thought I would just be able to plug this in anywhere, however that is not the case for anyone that isn’t aware. When I would plug it into regular outlets I would get an error message. Luckily my mother in law is an electrician and came out and realized immediately after seeing the product and reading the back of it that it was doing that because the outlets I was trying to use were not enough. I apparently have 4 outlets that are suitable for this, the one my current stove that sucks is plugged into, and two more in my kitchen, and then one outside on the deck.Once I figured that out I was good to go. Thing thing is actually pretty cool and works quite well. It heats up fast and cooks evenly, and it also seams to be pretty good quality. The price point does seam a bit high, but overall not a bad product.

Power Issue - Solved

Moving to condo where propane fired burners not allowed on outdoor patio. I need a hot electric burner to properly cook rib eyes. This burner looks great, well made, etc., but none of the outlets are capable as I get an E2 failure (low current) warning even using the 30 amp outlet running my washing machine. Not sure if an electrician can upgrade the breaker for the patio outlet to something that would work. I am not sure the guage of wiring also. This is likely my fault as I don't have the electrical knowledge to adjust my purchase choices. Not sure if I can return this expensive product if my electrician cannot make some upgrades that will safely work. This is an update. I found that you must have a dedicated 220 circuit to power this burner plate. I had my electrician insert a 220 circuit to the electrical panel and run appropriate wiring to a specific outlet that excepts the plug that comes with the unit. I hooked the burner plate up, placed a 10 inch iron skillet on the plate filled with water and turned the Power button to 7. The water boiled heavily in about 2 minutes. Yea - now I can legally fry steaks and use my wok for veggies on the outdoor patio at my condo. This is a great product, well made, good cooking options. I am very happy with this product!

SERIOUS Business.

This lives up to the "professional" description for sure. It's an absolute powerhouse and has become a staple for daily cook life.I love my gas stovetop but induction burners have always been my comfort zone. This performs so well and heats up almost instantaneously. I was very surprised on how quick it got my wok ready.Definitely worth it.

Great build quality

This is built very well, the build quality looks and feels great. You can really feel it in the weight of the unit.Setup and use of the cooktop was simple once connected to a 240v outlet. This thing really produces some power and heats pots and pans up quickly.Heat control is simple with nice incremental adjustments.Overall this is a high quality induction cooktop and would serve well in a food truck or smaller restaurant.
