We take pride in our quality and do our best to ensure that every order reaches you safely and on time.

Occasionally, supply-chain or carrier delays may occur — but rest assured, we’ll keep you informed every step of the way.

 


 

Processing & Handling Time

Once your order is placed, it enters our processing queue within 1–2 business days.
Most orders are shipped within 3–5 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page (for example, pre-order or out-of-stock items).

When your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package from our warehouse to your doorstep.

 


 

Shipping Carriers & Coverage

We ship using trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS, depending on your delivery location and order size.
We currently deliver across the contiguous United States. For Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories, delivery times may be slightly longer.

Please make sure your shipping details — including street address, apartment number, and contact number — are accurate.
Incomplete or incorrect addresses can cause delays or cancellations.

 


 

Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–4 business days

While we make every effort to deliver within these timeframes, external factors like weather, carrier delays, or high-demand periods (e.g., holidays) may affect delivery.

 


 

Shipping Fees

  • Standard shipping is free on all U.S. orders above $50 (after discounts).

  • Orders below $50 incur a flat-rate shipping fee of $5.95.

  • Expedited options, where available, are calculated at checkout based on location and order weight.

No hidden handling or service charges apply.

 


 

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 6 hours of placing it.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or changed.

Delivery Attempts & Responsibility

Our carriers will make up to three delivery attempts. If all attempts fail and the order returns to us, a reshipping fee may apply.
For apartment buildings or gated communities, deliveries are made to the first accessible point (front desk or package room).

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Tartle Kitchen is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
We recommend ensuring your delivery address is secure and monitored.
