The Tartle Vegetable Chopper - Julienne Replacement Disc is a universal replacement accessory compatible with both the Tartle Kitchen 550W (0.75 HP) Half Hopper Chopper and the 750W (1 HP) Round Hopper Chopper.

Available in 3×3mm and 4×4mm sizes, it is designed for producing consistent julienne strips of vegetables and produce at high volume.

Made from food-grade stainless steel, it swaps in under 60 seconds and extends the prep capability of either machine beyond the five discs included as standard.
